Several Arrests Made In 'Large-Scale' Sideshow In Beverly Hills
A large vehicle takeover in Beverly Hills on Friday night drew at least 150 spectators and involved about 100 cars, police said.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Multiple people were arrested in Beverly Hills on Friday night after a "large-scale" sideshow vehicle takeover, police said on Saturday.
At least 100 vehicles were blocking all six points of the Canon Drive and Lomitas Avenue intersection. The uproar drew at least 150 spectators out on foot to watch the illegal show, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.
"Numerous vehicles engaged in reckless driving maneuvers at the intersection while spectators lit large-scale fireworks," the department said.

Officers convoyed not the center of the show, prompting all vehicles and spectators to flee from the area. Police stopped several vehicles, leading to the arrests of multiple people.
