The new claim is among a voluminous collection of accusations and statements that the NBA compiled in its effort to strip Sterling and his wife, Shelly, of ownership of the Los Angeles Clippers.
According to the league, the NBA "initiated a charge" that alleges Sterling "engaged in conduct that has damaged and continues to damage the NBA and its teams."
A letter from the embattled Clippers owner also threatens to sue the league.
