Mexico's Consul General to Los Angeles, Carlos Eugenio García de Alba Zepeda, Officially Opens the New Location

Mexico’s Consul General to Los Angeles, Carlos Eugenio García de Alba Zepeda, was on hand to officially open the new location at 8383 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 330 during a May 16, 2018, open house and ribbon cutting ceremony.
