BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Comedian Tiffany Haddish was arrested early Friday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.
Haddish, 43, was taken into custody at around 5:45 a.m. near Beverly Drive and Dayton Way, police said.
Before Haddish was cuffed, police received a report about someone stopped in the middle of Beverly Drive slumped over the steering wheel while the car was running, TMZ reported.

Haddish was among the comedians set to perform at the Laugh Factory Hollywood's annual Thanksgiving feast on Friday.
This marks Haddish's second DUI arrest in recent years. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI in January 2022 after Atlanta-area police responded to a call of someone sleeping behind the wheel. She's set to go to trial in that case on Dec. 4, TMZ reported.

Last year, Haddish and comedian Aries Spears were sued by a woman who claimed they sexually abused her as a child. Haddish spoke out against the allegations and the woman filed to have the case dismissed with prejudice a few months after filing it. The woman also released a statement saying Haddish "would never harm" her, Variety reported.
