Unum Deo means "One with God." This is not a fitness class or a yoga class. It is a guided journey of movement, breath, and awareness designed to help you reconnect with yourself.

Our first class will focus on one of the strongest human emotions: Fear. Through gentle movement, breathing, muscle activation, and mindful awareness, we'll learn how to observe our emotions instead of being controlled by them.

This class is perfect for anyone who wants to:

• Explore personal growth
• Reduce stress and mental overload
• Improve body awareness
• Activate the body through gentle movement
• Connect with a supportive community
• End the day feeling more grounded and present
