Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided relaxation practice that invites the body and mind into the restful space between waking and sleeping. Unlike a typical movement-based yoga class, this workshop is designed to help participants slow down, settle the nervous system, and experience a deeper state of calm.
Jaynie will guide participants through gentle movement and a long, supported Yoga Nidra practice focused on rest, restoration, and embodied ease. This workshop is ideal for anyone feeling overstimulated, tired, stressed, or simply in need of intentional time to pause.
All levels are welcome, and no prior Yoga Nidra experience is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that supports your comfort, such as cozy socks, a blanket, pillow, or layers.
