LOS ANGELES, CA — Sora, the popular rooftop sushi bar at The Original Farmers Market, is opening a second Los Angeles location in Brentwood on Thursday.
The restaurant, operated by Savta Hospitality Group, will bring its signature made-to-order handroll experience to 908 S. Barrington Ave. The new space features seating for 80 guests indoors, including a 36-seat wrap-around temaki bar, along with a patio and dedicated beverage bar.
Savta founder Vincent Benoliel told Patch in an email that the Brentwood opening marks the next step in the brand’s growth across Los Angeles.
“Sora was created to reimagine the traditional sushi experience in a way that feels both elevated and accessible,” Benoliel wrote. “Brentwood felt like a natural next step for us as we continue to grow in Los Angeles and we’re excited to introduce our temaki bar format to this vibrant neighborhood.”
The menu will include Sora’s popular handrolls, such as Kumamoto red snapper and seared Ora King salmon, alongside vegan options, appetizers, sashimi, desserts and a beverage program featuring cocktails, sake, wine and beer.
Sora Brentwood will be open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
