The Olympic Village

The Olympic village and competion

There have been three distinct phases on my Olympic odessy. I was in Birmingham, England for 10 days for Track and Field training camp. Then I was in London working at the practice track and living at East London University. Now I am moved into the Olympic village and working in the village medical clinic or at the warm up track. Since being in the village and with track and field competion going on, my hours are much longer, and I feel like a racecar mechanic at a pit stop that is doing small alignments and corrections, but on athletes instead. The success of an athlete depends on many factors, but the right therapy treatments at the right time are part of the formula of being the best that they can be.
