Frog Hollow Farm’s Peaches & Tango: A Dinner in the Orchard is an event to benefit Alice Waters’ Chez Panisse Foundation, whose mission envisions a school curriculum and school lunch program where growing, cooking, and The Edible School Yard. Dinner will feature locally sourced ingredients prepared by 2011 Top Chef All-Star winner, Richard Blais. To complete the evening, we’ll be featuring the music of Trio Garufa, which is considered the most versatile contemporary interpreters of Argentine Tango.
