Westside Jewish Center Bomb Threat Deemed Not Credible

LOS ANGELES – A bomb threat phoned in today to a Jewish cultural center near Brentwood turned out to be not credible, police said.
The threat was reported about 1:30 p.m. at the Skirball Cultural Center at 2701 N. Sepulveda Blvd., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Police initially said a bomb squad was dispatched, but it turns out there was no such deployment as the threat was deemed to be not credible, a spokesman said.
