Roth Downie Reported Missing, Last Seen Locally (theunionstar.com subscription) β A Hillsborough mother is urgently asking Burlingame-area residents to help find her 33-year-old son, Max W. Roth Downie, after filing a missing-person report with the Burlingame Police Department. Max, who has struggled with depression, was last in touch about visiting his favorite Burlingame restaurant for his birthday and may be traveling by foot or public transit around the Bay Area.
