We've come a long way since a few hardy souls paraded their dogs down Broadway during the first Burlingame Pet Parade. Now hundreds of people flock to this fun event, with pets of all kinds dressed in hilarious costumes. It's the only local event I know of that's free and has no motive other than to make your smile.
