Trusted Legal Elevates Natasha Bhushan to Managing Attorney

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. –Trusted Legal is pleased to announce Natasha Bhushan has been promoted to Managing Attorney, taking on a larger leadership role at the growing woman-owned business.

Bhushan joined Trusted Legal in 2025 as a senior attorney, bringing more than a decade of experience advising businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and private clients. Since then, she has quickly become an integral part of the firm and its work with clients navigating business formation and governance, transitions, real estate transactions, and other complex legal matters.

Her promotion reflects the trust she has built with clients and colleagues in a short time, and the leadership she brings to the firm's next chapter.

As Managing Attorney, Bhushan will lead Trusted Legal's day-to-day practice and play a central role in the firm's continued growth.

The transition builds on the client- and employee-centered model Dewey set out to create when she founded Trusted Legal in 2019. She has built the practice around meeting clients where they are and building genuine connections. The same human-first approach extends to her team, which enjoy a work-life balance that allows them to show up fully for their clients.

Bhushan shares that approach.

Bhushan was born in Bangalore and raised on California's Central Coast. She later traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia, experiences that gave her a broad perspective and appreciation for different communities and cultures. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine, in 2007 and Cornell Law School in 2012.

Bhushan lives in the Santa Ynez Valley with her husband, their two children and their Labrador. She supports the Santa Ynez Valley Community Kitchen at St. Mark's-in-the-Valley and the Pacific Conservatory Theatre in Santa Maria. She also enjoys watercolor, reading, and baking.
