AOGC'S Adele Kaplan Tops The Competition Becoming The 2016 Women's Gymnastics State Uneven Bar Champion

It's a pre-Olympic year with only 115 days or so until we can see one of the most watched sports - women's artistic gymnastics. However, for the resident's of Woodland Hills and Calabasas, we do not have to wait for the Olympics for high flying women's gymnastics action. We only have to look just north of the 101 freeway for Adele Kaplan of All Olympia Gymnastics Center in Calabasas, California who brought home 1st place with a decisive win during the 2016 Women's Gymnastics State Championships - Uneven Bar Competition.

Adele along with her teammates recently competed at the Southern California (SoCal) State Women's Level 7 Optional Gymnastics Championships held in Long Beach, CA on April 1-3, 2016. During which time you could find a full weekend of intense competition between the best of the best gymnasts in Southern California.

Adele delivered such an exacting uneven bar routine she scored a high flying 9.625, which left the competition scrambling to catch her for the remainder of the gymnastics meet. Unfortunately for the competition, no gymnast could best her super swing and razor perfect landing on the day of the Southern California state competition. Adele captured 1st place on the women's uneven bars and 3rd place as the All-Around Southern California Champion.

But, it does not end there. Adele's championship performance secured her a place as an alternate on the prestigious Southern California State Women's Gymnastics Team, which will be competing against competitors from four other states at the Region 1 Women's Gymnastics Championships in Chandler, AZ on April 22-24, 2016.
