Bertie Magit joins Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy

SANTA BARBARA, California — Bertie Magit, a transactional attorney with experience in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, financial services, health, and consumer products, recently joined the premier, full-service law firm Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy.

Magit joined Reicker Pfau in December 2025 as an associate in both the firm’s transactional department and labor and employment department. Her practice focuses on commercial contracts and licensing, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, employment and real estate.

Prior to joining Reicker Pfau, Magit served as a corporate associate in the technology transactions and licensing group of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo, P.C., in San Diego.

Magit earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School, and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
