Celebrate Earth Day in Calabasas

Earth Day is this weekend and there's a few opportunities to celebrate the nature that surrounds Calabasas.

On Saturday morning, at for native plant restoration, a cleanup of the area including the creek bed and refurbishing picnic tables by sanding and sealing them. Check in time is from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.

After a hard days work, head over to Las Virgenes Creek right behind the Starbucks on Agoura Road for the annual city of Calabasas from 2-5 p.m.

The free event is going to feature more than 50 exhibitors showcasing green and environmentally-friendly products, as well as educational exhibits for kids.
