
Marilyn Peterson studied with doctors in preventative medicine and has been teaching the transition to a plant-based diet for over 37 years. She has been a chef to James Cromwell, Rue McClanahan and Woody Harrelson’s raw food restaurant.
Recipes from her book “Vegan Bite By Bite” will be demonstrated and sampled, including Cream of Spinach Soup and Tempeh Bacon Wraps.
