Guido's Replaces Gaetano's

Italian cuisine restaurant Guido's has replaced Gaetanos, which closed up shop in Old Town Calabasas last month.

Guido's already has two locations, one in West Los Angeles and the other in Malibu.

Bryan Castanos, manager of the Calabasas location, said Gaetanos' owners sold their business in early December and that the Guido's sign was put up on New Year's Eve.

"[Gaetano's] wasn't doing well, we thought we'd come in and try to turn it around," Castanos said.

Castanos said the restaurant pretty much looks the same inside, though he plans on installing booths in the near future.
