Home Invasion Reported At French Montana's Calabasas Home

At least two armed robbers entered the rapper's house that's located in a gated community, according to reports.

CALABASAS, CA – A home invasion was reported at rapper French Montana's home early Tuesday morning. At least two armed robbers entered his Calabasas home and cops are currently on the scene, TMZ reported.

Law enforcement officials told the website that they received the call around 9 a.m., but that the crime happened several hours before that. French Montana, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, was home with a few others were home when the two armed robbers attempted to break in.

It's unclear whether or not the robbers actually took anything, according to Hot New Hip Hop. The home is in a gated community, which the artist bought from singer Selena Gomez.

Investigators were reviewing surveillance video at the six-bedroom, 7,786-square-foot residence, which sits on three acres in a gated community, according to TheBlast.com.
