CHP ID's Motorcyclist Killed In Mountainside Crash
The young man was ejected from his 2015 Honda CBR 600 RR after crashing into the mountainside near Calabasas, CHP said.

CALABASAS, CA – Authorities publicly identified Monday a motorcyclist killed when he crashed into a mountainside on a twisting mountain road above Calabasas. Christian W. Clark, a 27-year-old from Tarzana, was ejected from his 2015 Honda CBR 600 RR after crashing into the mountainside, California Highway Patrol Sgt. Jose Ahumada said. The crash occurred about 11 a.m. Sunday on Stunt Road south of Mulholland Highway, he said.
Investigators did not know why Clark allowed his motorcycle to hit the mountain on the east side of the road, the sergeant said. Clark was pronounced dead at the scene.
Stunt Road was closed for an hour while the motorcycle was pulled up a steep hillside and loaded onto a tow truck, CHP officers said.
