See how Calabasas H.S. theater education changes lives!
The program, directed by award winning teacher Bill Garrett, inspires young people to find themselves, take risks, and collaborate.
Innovative Calabasas High School Theater Program, under the direction of esteemed theater teacher of the year, Bill Garrett, is working with your help to support our valuable resource for our local youth. Theater changes lives - especially when it has been done right. It inspires, thought-provokes, re-focuses, and teaches so many important life-skills and to think of a world where theater wouldn’t exist is incomprehensible. The campaign will run through 10/29. You can link to their campaign at www.TheaterChangesLives.com to look at all the important work they are doing and to donate. It is especially pertinent with the decision to put on The Diary of Anne Frank as their Fall production running 11/17-21.
Donors receive unique and value-added perks. TheaterChangesLives has the potential to do just that - anyone donating should be confident in knowing the important impact of their donation no matter how large or small. Due to budget cuts and a general lack of funding for performing arts in schools, it is critical to assure it’s future.
