Selena Gomez Stalker Pleads No Contest to Second Break-In

Che Cruz, described as a transient, was ordered to spend 180 days in a residential treatment facility.

A 20-year-old man who was sent to jail for breaking into Selena Gomez's Calabasas guest house in late March pleaded no contest today to a stalking charge that was filed after he returned to the singer-actress' home following his release from custody.

Che Cruz, described as a transient, was ordered to spend 180 days in a residential treatment facility and to undergo one year of psychological treatment once he is released from the program.

Cruz must also serve three years on probation and stay 200 yards away from Gomez and any residence she lives in or owns for the next 10 years, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
