Campbell Real Estate By The Numbers: Single Family Homes

Campbell's predictable and healthy real estate market hums along nicely.

The nice thing about Campbell real estate is that things are rather predictable.

There is nothing fancy or extreme going on and, these days we like mellow. It makes us smile.

In the past week the "for sale" inventory has dropped by 10 units in the city of Campbell (about 14%) which is normal volatility for a sample size under 100 units.  For this to be a significant trend, we will need to see several weeks of inventory decreases.

All and all, the city of Campbell real estate market is rather healthy still.
