This can be done many different ways, but this is how Evie and I did it.
I wrote down things from our backyard in large print on paper. Some of the words we used were flower, fence, shed, slide, etc. I had Evie tell me all the letters she saw and then I told her the word. Then Evie took the camera and found the items and took a picture of it. Then later we uploaded the pictures onto the computer and we looked at them.
Evie LOVED this. It took her 10 minutes just to take a picture of one thing, she LOVED playing with the camera and it was fun for us to do together!
