This Week's Tip: Teaching Little Ones To Catch

Little ones don't have the best motor skills, but they are fast learners! Here's a great way to teach them how to catch:

Start with a balloon! It floats more slowly so they will have a chance to see it coming better than a ball.

Once they master catching a balloon, upgrade to a beach ball. They will build their motor skills, and their confidence!
