We're #3! (at saving water)

We saw today from Al Bito that Campbell is #3 in the nation for saving water according to www.MyWaterPledge.com behind Bremerton, WA and Encinitas, CA.

Not bad, Campbell!

We like to think we did our part by removing our front and back lawns last year, which not only freed up our weekend time and room in our shed, but saved us a lot of water and cash. See- It Pays to Lose Your Lawn

We also replaced our old toilets with newfangled dual-flush water-saving toilets (makes sense not to use the same amount of water for #1 and #2), installed low-flow showerheads and faucets, energy/water-saving washer and dishwasher, and installed drip irrigation for front and back landscaping.
