Ciano's Modern Latin Flavors Coming to Downtown Campbell June 2013

Campbell, CA | June 05, 2013: Ciano's Modern Latin Flavors is set to open in Downtown Campbell on June 2013. Restaurateur, Mario R. Lleverino has teamed up with Executive Chef, Ricardo Ramirez, to bring "a progressive dining experience at a reasonable price, that celebrates the cuisines of all Latin America" to the South Bay. Fusing a talented team of restaurant experts, Mr. Lleverino and Chef Ricardo, are preparing to offer a unique culinary experience with flavors of traditional and unexplored southern regions, from Mexico to the southern tip of Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. The Grand Opening for this Latin dining experience will take place at 280 East Campbell Avenue, Campbell, CA. Included among the diverse menu of Latin dishes are tapas (Latin hors d'oeuvres), causitas (Peruvian finger food), ceviche (Central & South American marinated fish), fritadas (Ecuadorian crispy pork), bolinhos (Brazilian crispy tempura), and main carne de res courses (beef). To top off the dining enjoyment, a selection of contemporary Latin alcoholic beverages will be available from a complete wine bar to Sangria, Mojitos, and handcrafted cocktails. Lleverino, President & CEO, has over 20 years in restaurant operation management and is the visionary leader of Ciano's Modern Latin Flavors. He has extensive experience in operations management from start-up to rapid growth concepts creating infrastructure, financial controls, and business processes to achieve strategic objectives and bottom line results. Mr. Lleverino has successfully opened 60 profitable restaurant locations throughout the US over the past 15 years. Executive Chef Ricardo Ramirez' Latin cuisine experience includes an internship at the Michelin Star Topolobampo in which he perfected the classic Mexican cuisine while working alongside renowned Chef and Owner, Rick Bayless. Chef Ricardo completed the New Pilot Program in Latin Cuisine refining the cuisines of Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Columbia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Argentina.
