The official American Heart Association AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support eLearning class is taught in two parts and is recommended for renewing or initial PALS students. Be sure to give yourself enough time to complete the eLearning course, since you must print out the certificate and bring to the skills testing.

Card: You will receive the PALS card on day of class.
Valid: The PALS certification is valid for two years.
How to complete the AHA PALS eLearning Class
1. Register for a skills testing date.
2. After you register, we will send you a link for payment.
3. After you pay for the class, we will email you the key to get started.
4. You complete the online course at your convenience.
5. Print out your online certificate and bring with you to the skills testing.
Payment
After you register for the class, we will send you the invoice (within 1 business day). Please pay this invoice within 3 days. After you send in payment, we will email you the key to get started on the course (within 1 business day). If you do not hear from us, call or email. If you do not send in payment within 3 days, we will remove you from that class. But don’t worry. You can always go back to the website and register again for an PALS class that works better for your schedule.
If you bought the PALS key already
If you have already paid $120 to the American Heart Association for the PALS elearning key, call us after you register so we can adjust the payment. You would pay $140 for the skills testing portion.
Study
You must be proficient in PALS skills to pass this course. Be sure to study rhythms and medication and review your PALS skills thoroughly before your testing date. You can start and stop the eLearning course at your convenience and the online information can be reviewed for up two years. Also, please do not start the course the day before your skills testing. Take your time and spend a few hours a day until you are finished.
PALS Cancellation Policy/Confirmation
After registering for this PALS class, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details (check your spam folder). The email will also have a link that you can click to cancel your registration or you can email us back if you cannot attend. There are no refunds for the course, but you can reschedule your skills testing. You must take the skills testing within 60 days after the completion of the course.
