Local Honey San Jose

Our honey is ALWAYS 100% Grade A pure raw honey with just the basic filtration. We never “extend” our honey with corn syrup or otherwise.

The BEST place to keep honey is in your pantry with the cabinets closed. Our honey WILL crystallize if it is left in a cool place for a long period of time. A cool place would be granite counter tops, tile, the garage, in your refrigerator, dining room table, etc. If your honey does crystallize, place it on a Sunny windowsill, next to your stove/oven where you cook everyday or on the warm top of the refrigerator and it will return to liquid honey.
