Monday Is Application Deadline For 2 Scholarships For Female College Students
The scholarships are offered to CA residents by the National Federation of Republican Women.

News from the National Federation of Republican Women:
The National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) established the National Pathfinder Scholarship Fund in 1985 in honor of First Lady Nancy Reagan.
The three annual scholarships of $2,500 each are available to provide financial assistance and support to young women seeking undergraduate or master’s degrees.

College sophomores, juniors, and seniors, and students enrolled in a Master’s Program are eligible. Recent high school graduates and first year college women are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
The recipients are chosen from U.S. citizens who are California residents.

In addition, NFRW has three annual Betty Rendel scholarships of $1,000 each available to female undergraduates who are majoring in political science, government or economics and have successfully completed at least two years of college coursework.
The recipients, who must be U.S. citizens, are chosen from applicants from across the nation.
Applicants may only apply for one NFRW scholarship per year. Scholarship winners may not reapply.
Individual applications for both scholarships must be submitted to the state federation president by June 1.
