Was your home one of the sales of the month?

Since September 1, 2013 there have been 22 closed sales in Campbell that were comprised of 16 single-family homes and 6 town homes/condos. The sales prices ranged from $570,000-$1,300,000. Across the board, Campbell sellers achieved great sales prices given the demand by homebuyers to purchase property here. Standing out among the homes sales were those properties we consider SALES OF THE MONTH. 

SALES OF THE MONTH are the properties that achieved the highest dollar amount over asking price OR the highest percentage over asking price*. In the condo/townhome market the winner this month in both categories was located at 127 Orchard Oak Circle. This town home sold $106,000 over and for 16.43% of the asking price.

The winner this month in the single-family home market in both categories was 160 Hardy Avenue. This property sold $132,050 over and for 19.71% of the asking price.
