Back-to-school expenses can be overwhelming. Here’s a budget-friendly discount you might want to know about before sending your kids back to class. JCPenney is offering $10 back-to-school haircuts for students during the month of August.
Kids in kindergarten through sixth grade can make their back-to-school debut on the playground sporting a fresh cut.

In the South Bay, salons are at Vallco Shopping Mall, 10150 N Wolfe Rd in Cupertino, and Eastridge Shop Ctr., 2230 Eastridge Loop in San Jose. Also at the Northridge Mall, 100 Northridge Mall in Salinas. And on the Peninsula, at Tanforan S/C, 1122 El Camino Real in San Bruno.
