β’ Attorneys seek to seal Capitola homicide suspect's juvenile record (pajaronian.com) β Attorneys for a 19-year-old charged in a recent Capitola homicide are asking a Santa Cruz County judge to seal a prior juvenile-related protective order they say could bias future jurors. The suspect is accused of fatally stabbing 73-year-old Rachell Summers, who managed the Art of Santa Cruz gallery in Capitola Mall, and remains jailed while court proceedings continue.
