What do you think the city should do with the Rispin property?
Well, on Thursday April 26th the Capitola City Council will be discussing the fate of the Rispin property once again. This time with regard to the now defunct RDA.
Should we keep the property? Should we give it back to the successor agency? Should we just take the money that we originally loaned to the RDA for the purchase of the property and let it go on the market for private ownership?
