SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — The Sheriff's Office Special Enforcement Team is investigating an explosion in a Soquel home Tuesday afternoon. Deputies said the man renting the home on Main Street likely sparked the explosion when he started smoking marijuana inside the house, which was being used as a space to illegally manufacture butane honey oil.
