Capitola Police Invite Residents To 'National Night Out'

CAPITOLA, CA — Thousands of law enforcement agencies across the nation are taking part in the annual National Night Out on Tuesday to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.

" ... it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances," the National Night Out website reads.

In Capitola, there will be an opportunity to participate from 5-7 p.m. at Jade Street Park, 4400 Jade Street with a free BBQ, games, demonstrations, crafts, petting zoo and more.
