Coroner IDs Man Killed In Motorcycle Accident
The 49 year old died in a collision with three cars.

A motorcyclist who died in a collision with three cars just east of Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park last week was identified as 49-year-old Vernon Billington of Boulder Creek, according the Santa Cruz County coroner’s office.
On July 19 shortly after 12:30 p.m., Billington was driving a 2008 Kawasaki Concours 14 motorcycle south on Graham Hill Road south of Rollingswood Drive behind a 2015 Honda Accord, California Highway Patrol officials said.
The motorcyclist passed the Honda, but collided with the left side of the vehicle, according to the CHP. The 49-year-old fell off his motorcycle, slid onto a northbound lane and struck the right tires of two cars, one of which dragged him before coming to a stop on the east shoulder, CHP officials said.
