The Rutaceae family is primarily made up of citrus plants and trees. Essential oils from this family have a reputation for being anti-depressing and uplifting. We'll take a look at the various essential oils derived from citrus peel, leaves & twigs and even blossoms. Some you will recognize while others, such as Yuzi, may be new to you.
