Fresh vegetables and fruits are abundant all year in Santa Cruz. Eating seasonal foods isn’t only good for your body but good for the planet. Join us in a class that will focus on Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Each month we will be featuring one of our wonderful local farm’s and their bounty and teach you how to use seasonal produce. Learn to prepare meals that are delicious and, nutritious. Learn some culinary skills and gain nutritional information along with great recipes you can re-create at home. This month we will feature Berry Blessed Farm and Delicious Heirlooms.
