In this pasta and sauce making workshop we will learn from the well known and Local Pasta Mike, to demystify the pasta making process. Learn to make fresh pasta dough from scratch and master the art of rolling, cutting, and cooking pasta to perfection. We will also learn the faster approach in a food processor. We will create a few different noodle shapes and sizes and prepare superlative seasonal sauces to complement each dish.
