
Preserving food at home allows us to take advantage of fruits and vegetables at the peak of their season. In this class we will learn how to harvest from our gardens, farmers’ markets, and grocery stores and preserve those flavors for use year round. When you can it, you can make it just the way you like it. Canned food from the supermarket can’t compete with what you can make at home using your favorite peak of season foods.
