Sausage Making 101- Sweet Italian, Spicy Chorizo and Breakfast Sausages
Learn the craft of sausage making. In this hand’s on class we will cover meat selection, preparation and trim, for grinding. We will explore seasoning and proper mixing of the sausage meat along with learning how to handle sausage casings. Each student will get a turn using the sausage maker. We will taste some of the sausage meat we prepared in class and students will get to take home samples of the sausages they’ve made.
