Fugitive Friday: Sex, Drugs, Weapons, Etc.
A gang member convicted of a gun crime also failed to show up for his prison sentence.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Pablo Munoz Salazar
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Drug possession. He failed to appear in court on the charge.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Damian Herrera
AGE: 29
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 143 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Unlawfully carrying a firearm and gang participation. He was convicted of unlawfully carrying a firearm with a gang enhancement (he is a Norteño gang member). He failed to report for his prison sentence and a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

AGE: 31
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 162 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Domestic violence and failing to appear in court.
STATE PAROLE
Kevin Allen
AGE: 46
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 220 pounds with black dreadlocks and brown eyes.
HOME: transient in Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Parolee at large and drug charges. Allen is on parole for felony sexual battery, false imprisonment and corporal injury to spouse. He also is suspected of failing to register as a sex offender as required by law.
