Fugitive Friday: Capitola

Police are looking for a burglary, a gang member, a forger and two car thieves throughout Santa Cruz County.

Local law enforcement agencies have come together and are asking for the public's help in locating some of the county's most wanted. Have you seen any of this week's fugitives? If so, contact your local law enforcement agency.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Daniel Collins

AGE: 34
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 2 inches tall and 250 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes
HOME: Unknown
WARRANT: Vehicle theft, drug possession and forgery. Collins has been arrested by Capitola Police Department but repeatedly failed to appear in court.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Carlos Ponce
AGE: 25
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Burglary

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Arthur Anderson

AGE: 21
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes
HOME: San Lorenzo Valley
WARRANT: Auto theft.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Ruby Bernabe Sanchez
AGE: 24
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet tall and 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville.
WARRANT: Drug possession. Sanchez also is a Norteno gang member.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Brooke Sommer Williams
AGE: 33
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 175 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes
HOME: Scotts Valley
WARRANT: Theft, forgery and narcotic offenses. Williams has several cases pending against her for various offenses.
