Man, 55, Accused Of Trying To Have Sex With A Juvenile

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — A Santa Cruz County man was arrested last week on suspicion of trying “to have inappropriate and unlawful sexual contact” with a child under the age of 16, sheriff’s office investigators said. Authorities arrested William “Bill” Pennino, 55, at his home Friday. He faces at several charges, according to jail records.

Officials said the arrest came after several months of investigation. Pennino is being held at the Santa Cruz County Jail on $50,000.00. No other information is available.
