Movie Night: Top 20 Redbox Rentals This Week

While it was reported last week that Netflix has lost over 800,000 users since its 60 percent price hike earlier this year, Redbox hiked prices up to $1.19 per rental this week. 

In Capitola and Live Oak alone, there are six Redboxes. None have popped up in Soquel yet, but considering Redbox's colonization of the rest of the county, it could only be a matter of time.

Each week, Redbox.com lists the most popular rentals by location. This week, Captain America: The First Avenger rose from four to one on the list, knocking Bad Teacher to number two. There were four new entries to the list this week, and Rio held on at number 20, despite being released back in August.
