Our Shelter is so full that for the month of July we have cut our all adoption fees in half. (Kitten's sometimes come in by the basket full so we need some help!) Half-price adoption fees means that for $60, you could adopt a kitten with all of their early care already taken care of by the Shelter for you. That includes: their spay or neuter, first round of vaccinations, microchip, a carrier, and a wellness veterinary visit – making it an approximately $250 package worth of care!
We have many more wonderful pets just waiting to introduce themselves to you, with the help of our volunteers. Come on down to the shelter and visit us!
If you are interested in adopting or in becoming a volunteer or a foster home or are looking for a lost pet, visit the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter or go online to www.scanimalshelter.org. We are so grateful for donations, which help support and sustain the important programs and services we provide. Donations are tax-deductible (Tax ID# 90-0039494).
