Introducing Handsome Harry, Mr. Harry Tucker!
I'm going to let Harry tell you his story in his own words but I first have t say that although I've been pet sitting for many years, I've yet to find a story as heartwarming as Harry's. So read on, you will be amazed!
Hi Everyone!
My name is Harry Tucker but they call me "Handsome Harry!" I was rescued by Boykin Spaniel Rescue in November 2009. By my photo you can tell I was in deplorable condition. I had bacterial, yeast and fungal skin infections and contusions on my eyes. When tested, I had a severe case of heart worm, was not yet neutered and had broken teeth (probably from trying to chew out of a crate or off a chain.) In addition I had horrific ear infections and swollen lymph nodes that were so infected it was difficult for me to walk. I hardly had any hair at all, and it turned out I was crate aggressive too!
