Last month, in Soquel was one of 24 restaurants in Santa Cruz County to receive the Golden Carrot Award for its service of remarkably healthy food.
El Chipotle has a huge vegetarian selection, including lesser-used ingredients like cactus and quinoa.
In recognition of their award, the restaurant has put this banner up outside, and deservedly so.
