April 29:

Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance: A man was arrested after riding his bike in the middle of the road at 12 a.m. He was found to be under the influence and in possession of a hypodermic needle.

DUI: A female was arrested on 28th Avenue and Portola Drive at 12:07 a.m.

Possession of a Narcotic Controlled Substance: A woman was arrested for heroin and unprescribed pill possession at Soquel Drive and Park Avenue at 7:15 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A man caused a disturbance at the on Soquel Drive, which has been the location of . He was arrested at 6 p.m.

Vandalism with Property Damage: 200 block, Washburn Avenue, 9:30 p.m.

Petty Theft: A male was arrested for shoplifting on the 4000 block of Capitola Road at 8:30 p.m.

April 26:

Petty Theft: A theft from a vehicle occurred on the 4300 block of Clares Street at 9:29 a.m.

Vehicle Burglary: 4100 block, Auto Plaza Drive, 7:18 a.m.

DUI: Park Avenue and Monterey Avenue, 8:46 p.m.

April 25:

Vehicle Theft: 1800 block, 44th Avenue, 3:26 p.m.

Hit and Run with Property Damage: 700 block, Capitola Avenue, 6:03 p.m.

DUI: Esplanade, 6:15 p.m.

Petty Theft: A male was cited on the 4000 block of Capitola Road at 5:41 p.m.

Petty Theft: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 4:28 p.m.

April 24:

Possession of a Controlled Substance: A woman was arrested for meth possession at 4600 Soquel Drive at 2:34 p.m. Her 14-year-old daughter was placed with Child Protective Services.

Public Intoxication: A man was arrested outside Best Buy in Soquel at 10:50 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A woman was arrested on the 1800 block of 44th Avenue for being too drunk to take care of herself at 9:37 a.m.

Petty Theft: A female shoplifter was cited on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 3:29 p.m.

Battery on Cohabitant: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 7:27 p.m.

April 23: 

Vandalism over $400: Someone kicked the quarterpanel of a vehicle on the 1700 block of 41st Avenue at 9:55 a.m.

Misrepresenting as Access Card Holder: 400 block, Capitola Avenue, 3:09 p.m.

Misrepresenting as Access Card Holder: 400 block, Pilgrim Drive, 3:32 p.m.
